1. when a candidate uses the same tactics in their campaign that were used to get into Iraq. Should not be confused with the "Iraq the Vote" antiwar campaign endorsed by Nobel Laureates, military officers, and thousands of other citizens (see [1] to check whether Stephen T. Colbert is among them).

For example:

• go in strong
• lower the stanards for statehood
• once you're in a fight, you have to stay in even if it means 100 years, if the goal is Democracy
